These wheel well boxes are designed with easy garage access and built to conceal most wheel well water tanks and electrical setups on the market. This comes with a set of two (2) wheel well boxes and one removable/fixed bed.
NOTE: Paint options consist of a satin paint with a Prefinished Maple base. Only the exterior is painted, leaving the inside and back of the cabinet to show the Prefinished Maple.

Note:
- Hardware is visible from the outside of this cabinet.
- For shallow units (10-18") with a shower, the wheel well boxes should be installed 4-6" from the edge of the vertical pillar at the rear of your vehicle to allow the shower door to open properly.

Bed Option
- Our 2-piece removable bed is made from material matching your boxes and spans nearly wall-to-wall.
- Dimensions are ~70" width x 54" depth x 3/4" height
- Bed held onto wheel well boxes using hook and loop to prevent sliding and allow for easy removal.
- Each bed section has 2x handle cutouts for removal/installation
- Mattress is a low profile custom 4.5" Memory foam with a knit cotton cover. Each mattress is sewn custom to your bed size.
- Mattress is CFR1633 certified (passes the federal flammability guidelines)
- Bed panels have 3/4" Aluminum track on the edge to hold without bowing.
- Removable bed weighs ~ 45lbs

FAQs
- How do wheel well boxes mount?
The wheel well boxes are designed to shoot into the wall and the sub-floor. We recommend using rivet nuts inserts for the wall but self-tapping screws will work for most builds.
- What goes inside of the wheel well boxes?
The wheel well boxes are designed to house all water tanks, plumbing, and electrical. Easy access hinged doors allow you to get in and out for a smooth installation and maintenance. Electrical equipment may be mounted to the inside of the wheel well box or to the wheel well panels behind the box. We would recommend cutting ventilation for electrical equipment, heaters, or pumps.
- How is the bed removable?
The bed is designed in two identical sections that are removable via two handle cutouts on each. The beds are primarily mounted on top of the wheel well boxes for a minimal open-garage style bed but can be taken out to accommodate tall items for transport.
- How do I apply paint, stain, or sealer?
If you plan on painting:
- lightly scuff the entire surface of the cabinet that you plan on coating with 120-180 grit sandpaper.
- Apply 2-3 coats of primer prior to applying your main coat.
- Always apply a finish when you're happy with the paint to get a long lasting appearance.
If you plan on staining:
- Sand the surface on all faces with sandpaper traveling with the grain of the wood.
- Apply stain very cautiously to a section of the cabinet that will not be visible to gage the volume and pressure you need to achieve the look you want.
- Apply stain evenly with a rag, sponge, or spray gun until all surfaces are coated.
- Please note that overlapping surfaces may make the stain darker on the overlapped areas.
- Always apply a finish when you're happy with the stain to get a long lasting appearance.
For Butcher Blocks and Slabs
- For most units, there are phillips head screws holding the butcher block to the cabinet base that will need to be removed.
- If staining, sand the butcher block thoroughly with 120-180 grit sandpaper.
- Apply a sample on the underside of the butcher block to find a volume and pressure that achieves the color you'd like.
- Apply stain evenly with a rag, sponge, or spray gun until all surfaces are coated.
- Please note that overlapping surfaces may make the stain darker on the overlapped areas.
- Always apply a food-grade finish when you're happy with the stain to get a long lasting appearance.
- If sealing with oil or wax, make sure the oil or wax is food grade and apply evenly with a soft rag or sponge.
- Allow to dry and re-coat one or two more times.

I can’t even begin to explain how incredible these kits are. Dmitriy is super flexible and easy to work with. I did everything on the outside of my van and was basically stuck on starting the walls and ceiling because i didn’t even really know where to begin. I bought the unfinished maple ceiling and wall kits for my 159” promaster and it made the entire process so easy and seamless. If you can do some basic drilling and headliner work, you can make the van if your dreams. Literally makes the hardest part of doing a van build fun and cohesive. The pieces fit together perfectly and the customer service and response times with questions is unbeatable. I plan to piece together my entire build with Dmitriy’s help.
