Specs

Outside Dimensions: 54"-72" Width x 33" Height x 21" Depth

New: Extended Depth of 21" allows for fitment on Dually Models + more water tanks!

Compatibility

The different widths are specifically optimized for different vehicles.

GoCode: Please note the rear GoCode kit takes ~3.5" from the rear of the vehicle. A sprinter 144 with a full GoCode kit will not fit a 60" Box.

Electrical System Compatibility:

EcoFlow: The major consideration to make with EcoFlow is battery size and placement. In a sprinter 170, there is ample room behind the wheel well to place several batteries whereas in the sprinter 144, the battery will only comfortably fit behind the wheel well if:

  • A 60" Box is purchased
  • There is NO rear gocode trim kit
  • The van features a floor of minimum height 1.5" (or a platform to support the battery on a thinner floor)

If you have a shorter floor, GoCode, or require a 54" box in your sprinter 144, please leave an order note that you would like your battery moved to the shelf in the compartment(s) to the right. Our team will lower the height of this shelf and add support to fit your EcoFlow 5kwh system in a 54" box.

Victron/Renogy:

A more customized power system may require some changes. If you plan on using a Victron system with an inverter, please leave an order note so our team can make structural changes to support this system.

Portable Power Systems:

Whether its a delta, bluetti, or yeti, this enclosure is made to fit nearly all of them. Please reference the Spec sheet in the specs tab to verify usable space before purchasing for your portable power system.

FAQs

  • How do wheel well boxes mount?

The wheel well boxes are designed to shoot into the wall and the subfloor. We recommend using rivet nuts inserts for the wall, but self-tapping screws will work for most builds.

  • What goes inside the wheel well boxes?

The wheel well boxes are designed to house all water tanks, plumbing, and electrical. Easy access hinged doors allow you to get in and out for smooth installation and maintenance. Electrical equipment may be mounted inside the wheel well box or the wheel well panels behind the box. We recommend cutting ventilation for electrical equipment, heaters, or pumps.

  • How do I apply paint, stain, or sealer?

Painting:

  • Lightly scuff the entire cabinet surface that you plan on coating with 120-180 grit sandpaper.
  • Apply 2-3 coats of primer before applying your main coat.
  • Always apply a finish when you're happy with the paint for a long-lasting appearance.
