Take the guesswork out of creating the door panels for your Sprinter van conversion. Made of 1/2” [12mm] materials, our panels fit the factory door precisely. Install is quick and easy, utilizing factory holes with 20 rivet nuts (aka rivnuts) and your choice of black or stainless machine screws.

Fits Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner:

  • NCV3 High Roof Sprinter Vans 2006-2018

  • VS30 High Roof Sprinter Vans 2019-Present

  • 1/2” Bamboo Plywood - Sustainable 3-ply bamboo plywood with straight grain for a beautiful finish

  • 1/2” White Laminate Plywood - Super durable HPL cold pressed onto 1/2” hardwood plywood

  • 1/2” Natural Plywood - Very strong and ready to accept whatever finish you choose
